Islamabad:
Pakistan Baitul Mal has reaffirmed the determination of the institution to combat poverty through inclusive policies, emphasizing targeted efforts in education, health care and economic empowerment to raise marginalized communities in the country.
Speaking of the application, the Senator of PBM MD Capt (RETD) Shaheen Khalid Butt reiterated the transforming role of the institution in the fight against poverty and the restoration of human dignity across the country.
He stressed that PBM’s child protection efforts include the exploitation of 160 children’s rehabilitation schools and 41 Soft Pakistani houses. These facilities provide not only emotional education and support, but also offer children the opportunity to recover their childhood in safe and stimulating environments.
