The royal family destroys state money with its sumptuous shenanigans, claims an expert.
Writing for Mirrror, Norman Baker accused King Charles and his clan of mistreating public money and making taxpayers’ funds.
He writes: “The Buckingham Palace claims that the Royals are cautious with public money. What a total washer. They even have the cheek to suggest that Charles is generous because it only takes 12% of the income from the Crown area. ”
The expert adds: “Verification of reality: the Couronne Domaine has in fact been a public body since 1760, and until 2011, 100% of its profits went to the Treasury to pay schools, hospitals, defense and, yes, invalidity services. This 12% is a new royal tax on the public handbag. ”
“The shocking truth is that the Royals really do not care about the public quantity they spend. Last year, they incredibly increased an invoice for the taxpayer by almost 1.2 million pounds sterling on charter flights just in Great Britain to places as difficult to reach as Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle,” he continued.
The expert noted: “And do not continue to give us lessons on climate change, please, when you are in the first 1% of the issuers of the world.”
