Boys“The creator, Eric Kripke, ended the shooting of the fifth and last season of the show.
Taking him to his Instagram account, Kripke shared a photo of him on the set for the last time.
He also wrote a sincere note: “This is the last time I will be on this set. He will soon be demolished.
“It’s soft-to-make, but my main feeling is gratitude,” he added.
Expressing the gratitude of the distribution, the producer continued: “We have the best casting, the best crew, the most fun story to write, and something that is impossible to predict: good timing.”
Return actors include Jack Quaid, Karl Urban, Laz Alonso, Erin Moriarty, Antony Starr, Chace Crawford and Dominique McElligott.
“You are waiting for your whole career to have two of these things, if you are lucky. We have them all. To the #Theboys family: Thank you, I love you all. At the fans: Thank you for looking, I can’t wait for you to see the grand finale. It is an envelope,” concluded Kripke.
In December 2024, in a Fyc panel, he admitted that he enjoyed creative freedom to write the fifth season.
“It’s really fun when it’s the end,” he said. “It’s difficult and it has not yet struck me about emotion. But just from a point in history, you don’t have to keep scenarios in a season beyond that allows you to explode the doors in a really exciting way.”
The last season of Boys, which includes 8 episodes, should be released in 2026.
