Listed companies quickly build Bitcoin
Reserves, buying more than the largest cryptocurrency than the American exchanged ends (ETF) For the third consecutive quarter, according to CNBC.
Companies increased their Bitcoin holdings by around 18% in the three months completed on June 30, adding around 131,000 BTC. ETF holdings increased by 8%, or around 111,000 BTC, based on Bitcoin Treasuries.net figures.
ETF still hold the largest Bitcoin reserve among unique entities, with more than 1.4 million BTCs, which represents around 6.8% of the capped bitcoin supply of 21 million, according to CNBC.
The last time the ETFs exceeded public companies in the purchase of Bitcoin were back in the third quarter of 2024, before US President Donald Trump obtained a re -election. In April 2025, despite the volatility of the Trump pricing announcements market, public companies have expanded their Bitcoin holders by exceeding the growth of 2% among ETF, according to CNBC.
