Meghan Markle launched New Win Rosé under her lifestyle brand and she was quickly exhausted, however, she still failed to court a famous chef.
The famous chef Jameson Stocks criticized the wine to be too exclusive and said that the high price and the minimum to three bottles made it unattractive for a wider audience.
He even joked by saying that the wine could “have a taste of vinegar and be as bitter as it” and admitted that the price was not shocking, while speaking with L’Express.
“No one knows what he has a taste”, wondering why someone “would buy three minimum bottles”, before predominantly, it could “have a taste of vinegar and be as bitter as it”.
“It is similar to its other products, it is not supposed to be affordable for the general public, but rather is aimed at a more exclusive market.
“Having worked a lot in South Africa, a region known to have produced some of the best wines in the world, I am convinced that you can create quality wine superior to a fraction of the price it charges and make a sufficiently decent brand by bottle.
“I regularly collaborate with vineyards and producers there, and I currently produce my own wine in South Africa for next year.”
