Lewis Capaldi returns to music, opening on his plans to release an album.
Appear on Hello America, He said: “I don’t know an album, but I hope it will be … I do an EP at some point this year. And then an album may follow next year.”
The Scottish singer, however, did not share the name or release date of the EP, joking that he was not allowed to disclose the details of the project.
Lewis’ return to the music scene comes after suffering from the diagnosis of Tourette syndrome in 2023.
“The fact that this is probably not a surprise does not make it easier to write, but I am really sorry to let you know that I will take a break in the tour in the predictable future,” he wrote, informing the fans he takes a break in music.
He continued: “I used to enjoy every second of shows like this one and I had hoped that 3 weeks would sort me.”
“But the truth is that I always learn to adapt to the impact of my Tourette and Saturday, it has become obvious that I have to spend much more time getting my mental and physical health so that I can continue to do everything I love for a long time.”
By placing, Lewis said that his condition required intensive therapy, which he has undergone in the past two years.
“Many, a lot of therapy. It has been nice, talk a lot about me. Crying a lot in the past two years … I just loaned and put everything together and we are there,” he said in the day talk show.
