The Trump administration announced Wednesday that it would continue the California Department of Education (CDE) and the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) for alleged violations of the title IX.
The administration requests an injunction on state policy to allow men to participate in women in sport – a problem that has reached a fever land earlier this year when a transgender athlete won several events in girls’ athletics competitions.
The American education department recently found California in violation of the title IX.
