The visit of the Gandapur Punjab arouses the controversy of the tickets

Lahore:

The visit of KP CM CM Ali Amin Gandapur in Punjab mainly aimed to rally the support of the PTI of KP Senate, Mirza Muhammad Afridi, a candidate who, according to him, faces internal allegations to secure his ticket by unfair means.

A well -placed PTI source, addressing the Express PK Press Club, said that the nature of the PTI convoy, led by CM Gandapur at the Afridi residence, appeared “extraordinary”.

He said that the event gave the impression that the “powers in place” had been an exception to this gathering, but the subsequent developments suggested a more complex image. The parliamentary party dinner at the Afrida farm revealed that the real objective of the visit, namely to reach the support of party deputies in favor of Afridi.

He noted that in PTI, there are two opinions on the allocation of the ticket, the dominant opinion being that it involved an unfair game.

The sumptuous methods of restoration and accommodation have raised concerns within the party. AFRIDI is accused of bringing his way to a appointment to the Senate, would have sidelined a faithful party worker who, according to the source, was appointed for the portfolio of the KP party information. It was also alleged that the provincial government led by Gandapur fully supported Afridi. The problem will be discussed with Imran Khan at Tuesday’s meeting, with an effort to overthrow the decision.

Addressing the Express PK Press Club, the head of the OPP, Malik Ahmed Khan Bhachar, said that the event was organized by the KP CM and the provincial government.

However, he rejected the impression that the police extended a “red carpet” to the convoy. “The convoy, led by a chief in office and members of the cabinet, was entitled to police security. There have been arrests and charges of relay against our workers … So the suggestion that the event appreciated the blessings of the establishment is incorrect, at least in this regard.”

KP Minister of Information, Barrister Saif, was approached for comments but was not available.
