Hyderabad:
A specially complicated girl, Dua Abro, 15, who would have been subjected to rape in the Larkana district died Sunday during medical treatment at the Larkana traumana traumana center.
The news of her death became known a few hours after the suspect who violated the girl was killed during a police meeting.
The SSP of the Ahmed Faisal Chaudhry district told the media that the suspect Rizwan Kaalu had undergone a fatal shot during an exchange of fire with the police.
He said Kaalu had been struck by a bullet pulled by his own accomplices who then escaped from the place.
According to him, the police team was attacked when he went down to a place to stop Kaalu.
The deceased daughter had disappeared after leaving her residence in the Kambar Naka region in the city of Ratodero de Larkana on July 11, his uncle Asad Abro told the media.
A day later, she was found unconscious and injured near the Ratodero stadium. The first medical examination suggested the victim’s rape in accordance with the medical superintendent of Taluka hospital, Dr. Shah Hussain Shah.
