Kate Beckinsale’s mother Judy Loe died after “immeasurable suffering”. She was 78 years old.
THE Jerk The actress announced the death of her mother on Thursday, July 17 via her Instagram handle.
In a heartbreaking post, Kate revealed that her mother had died in her arms on Tuesday July 15, after losing the battle with stadium four cancer.
“She died on the night of July 15 in my arms after immeasurable suffering,” started the long job.
She also wrote: “I deeply apologize to her friends who discover this way or through the press, but I cannot go through her phone. I am paralyzed. Jude was the compass of my life, the love of my life, my dearest friend.”
“The immensity and the enormous heart of this little woman touched so many people who love her a lot. She has been courageous in many ways, sometimes forgiving too much, believing in the ultimate good of people and the world is so weak without her that it is almost impossible to bear,” continued the Underworld star.
By concluding her message, Kate wrote: “Mom, I love you so much. It’s my biggest fear since I found my father dead at five and I’m here. Oh my mom … I’m sorry, I’m really sorry. I’m really sorry.”
