Nyt Strands Today (match # 505) – The answers
The answers to today’s strands, the game # 505, are…
- KITE
- FROG
- FISH
- CRANE
- BUTTERFLY
- Spangram: Origami
- My note: Hard
- My score: 2 indications
It took me to my fourth word, which was crane, to understand the meaning of “I fold!”. After that, it was a question of finding a letter-o near an edge and connecting the origami.
Despite this moment of revelation, today’s research is not easier – mainly because a crane is the most obvious form you can do, but also because hundreds of items can be created by folding a piece of slim square paper.
Fortunately, the flowers and butterflies were easy to spot, but even if it was only five letters, I still had trouble seeing the heart (trying the “earth” first – maybe you just screwed the paper in ball).
Answers from yesterday Nyt Strands (Sunday July 20, match # 504)
- WRAP
- BIKINI
- SARONG
- Trunks
- Sandals
- SWIMSUIT
- SPANGRAM: beach outfit
