Richard Tillman, the younger brother of the late hero of the NFL Pat Tillman, appeared on Wednesday in a courtroom in California when the questions arose to find out if he would be mentally capable of proceeding to a trial.
According to the sheriff’s office of the County of Santa Clara, Tillman crashed in a post office in San Jose and was arrested for suspicion of criminal fire and vandalism. The police said that he crashed in the post office located in a shopping center around 3 am

It took about 50 firefighters per hour and a half to extinguish the flames, according to the NBC Bay region.
In the courtroom, Tillman spoke out aloud several times. He said he was competent, he didn’t need a deposit and that his lawyer was “no longer my lawyer”. His lawyers have declared a doubt so that Tillman was tried and no plea was placed. His deposit was set at $ 136,000.
Tillman must return to court in August, when the court affects doctors to assess his skills.

It is live, what I will call, his self -modified on social networks so that anyone can witness. Unfortunately, securing care and support appropriate for him should not be incredibly difficult – or rather impossible.
