EXCLUSIVE: The White House provided an exclusive declaration to PK Press Club Digital after the former volleyball player in San Jose state, Brooke Slusser, presented allegations linked to her last university volleyball season in 2024 – A season that involved a transgender teammate investigated for having allegedly complicated to have been injured during a match.
“Women deserve to play sports without fear of being raped and harassed by organic men. President Trump returns integrity to the sports of women by ending the policies of the disturbed left who lower and endanger women,” said White House spokesman Taylor Rogers, in PK Press Club Digital.

The declaration made after an investigation into a response to PK Press Club Digital reports on an investigation by Mountain West Conference on allegations according to which the former trans athlete of the SJSU, Balaire Fleming, plotted with a state player from Colorado to have shusses at the tip of the face during a match of October 3.
The Ministry of Education of President Donald Trump opened a federal investigation into title IX on the state of San Jose in February on the situation involving Fleming and the management of the Trans by the University.
Slusser published an answer to the White House declaration.
“I love the steps that the White House has taken to eliminate men in female sports, but for the moment, there are so many changes that still have to be made. We have seen baby steps in the right direction, but we always have girls who had to face the men of their teams and in their locker rooms,” said Slusser.
“I think it must be a massive priority so that we can stop this madness as soon as possible. Girls always suffer every day until we can put a full end to the false reality of these people and put them where they belong, which is with sports for men.”

Slusser previously stated in a trial, signed by 10 other current or old female college volleyball players against the Mountain West and representatives of SJSU, that Fleming and other teammates sneaked from the team hotel the day before a match of October 3 against Colorado State and met an opposing player.
The trial allegedly alleged that a teammate who fakes with Fleming later declared the players and coaches of an alleged Fleming plan, in a plot with the color player of Colorado, so that Slusser increased in the face during a match.
The trial and the complaint allegedly alleged that the players who have faufilées told other players and coaches that they saw Fleming submit a screening report of the SJSU with an agreement to launch the match in favor of the State of Colorado.
In November, the Mountain West conference launched an investigation into allegations, but concluded that “sufficient evidence” could not be found.
Slusser now claims that she had a conversation with a teammate who was interviewed as part of the conference of the alleged plan of Fleming. PK Press Club Digital does not disclose the identity of the teammate.
“On the basis of what I have been told, exactly what one of my teammates had seen going that night – talking about the screening report and leaving the net open – was informed of these lawyers. So that should have been sufficient proof [of the alleged plan by Fleming]”Said Slusser to PK Press Club Digital, adding that she wanted to see the investigation reopened.
“People tell you that it happened, and it is not used information. She seated it and heard the conversation between Balaire and [former Colorado State volleyball player] Malaysia [Jones]. So, for me, just from what I know without even having to deeply dig into this investigation, there is enough evidence and they were told sufficient evidence. “”

PK Press Club Digital cannot independently check that the Slusser teammate corroborated allegations against Fleming when he was addressed to investigators.
Slusser allegedly alleged that university officials have hidden a knowledge of the birth of Fleming’s birth of her while frequently joining the two in the same room during a night trips.
“I change openly in front of this person, thinking that she is a woman, and … I could have had the chance to withdraw from this situation and at least go to another room and ask to be switched to another room and not,” she said. “So, I had the opportunity to choose to have kidnapped myself.”
Slusser said that after joining the Riley Gaines trial against the NCAA in September, citing his experience with Fleming, interactions with trans athletes quickly became hostile.
“After joining the trial, I was swept out did not like me. There was a time when I was born,” I never want to talk to you again. “And I said,” Ok, it’s good “, said Slusser. “I just knew that there was hatred towards me.”
PK Press Club Digital interviewed the sports director of San Jose State Jeff Konya to find out about the claims of Slusser and other details of the investigation. However, Konya got up after about five minutes of related questions and left, saying “I am done”.
PK Press Club Digital played a video clip from Slusser reciting these allegations in Konya to Mountain West Media Days on July 15.
“I don’t know if she tells the truth or not,” Konya said about Slusser’s claims.
Konya could not confirm or deny if one of the witnesses interviewed corroborated the allegations against Fleming.
When asked if he was satisfied with the way in which the university managed the controversy involving Fleming in 2024, Konya said: “I think everyone acted in the best possible way, given the circumstances.”
Slusser tried to come back to play a Beach-Volley beach season in the NCAA, for which she had a year of eligibility, entering the transfer portal last spring at the time of her SJSU diploma.
However, after having communicated with several coaches in division I regarding potential offers, it withdrew from the transfer portal and abandoned the idea.
Slusser quoted his concerns about his well-being and potential reprisals for his beliefs and his public profile, citing his experience with SJSU, Fleming and the controversial investigation of the allegedly Trans athlete to harm him.
“I could have got there and I could have had a lot of reprisals from students or staff or athletes even, and I did not know if it was something that I could manage,” said Slusser, adding that she had no faith “at all” she would be protected in the event of reprisals.
“I have never been shown only in an institution, I thought I could trust … so that I could not really trust anyone. … There were a lot of fears to cross this transfer process.”
The Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, previously told PK Press Club Digital that the Trump education department will continue to work to contact the SJSU investigation.
“Our investigation will continue,” said McMahon.
PK Press Club Digital contacted Mountain West, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, San Jose State University, Kress, Colorado State University and Jones’ Current School, Southern Methodist University (SMU), for an answer to all the reported conclusions and allegations of the Slusser and Batie-Smose family. Jones was transferred to SMU after the end of last season.
When asked if Mountain West would disclose elements of proof of the investigation, in particular if one of the witnesses interviewed corroborates the allegations against Fleming, the conference refused.
“With the current dispute, the Mountain West will have no comments,” said a spokesperson for the conference.
The state of San Jose also refused to respond to Slusser’s complaints.
“Due to the current disputes and the federal survey, we are unable to respond to your request,” a university spokesman for PK Press Club Digital told.
PK Press Club Digital tried to reach Fleming via social media to comment.
