- The Honda N-One E: is revealed in Japan and previews an EV Global Compact
- The diminutive car will measure less than 3,400 mm (133.9 inches) in length
- A range of more than 150 miles is expected and v2l means that it can feed the houses
The production version of the Teeny and Boxy Honda which seduced the crowds during the recent Goodwood speed festival was unveiled and the N-One E: will continue to influence a low-cost world EV.
Revealed in Japan this week, one of the smallest Honda electric vehicles will offer more than 150 miles (245 km) of a single load from its equally small batteries, while the single electric motor should produce around 63 hp.
Designed mainly for conducting in town and town, the Japanese version of the Honda Super EV concept is in accordance with the strict rules of the country’s KEI car, which means that it must measure less than 3400 mm (133.9 inches).
It is likely that the European version will sport the larger body so that it is not completely overshadowed by the myriad of overweight SUVs, but we can expect to see many features postponed from the Japanese domestic market model.
The interior, for example, is filled with practical keys, such as rear seats that fold vertical or flat to provide sufficient storage space for many unusual items.
There are also durable and easy -to -maintain fabrics and charging points for smartphones.
Honda also says that the N-One E: is capable of driving in a pedal and vehicle loading 2 (V2L), which means that the owners can supply the houses during the current failures, or simply complete a laptop swallowed in power in motion.
Small electric vehicles are a great success
Although it is very unlikely that the None E: (or regardless of the Super EV concept, will end up) will go to the American market, Honda said that it planned to introduce a small EV town in Europe and beyond next year.
The company was one of the first to market with an EV Funky and Compact game thanks to its innovative honda e. Unfortunately, its peak style could not compensate for its real range of 100 miles, its slow load speeds and its high sticker price.
The Super EV concept arrives at a time when battery technology has improved, so the range could be more usable by 170 miles and the price requested will probably be more in accordance with something like surfing Dolphin byd, which starts at £ 18,650 in the United Kingdom (around £ 25,000 / $ 38,250).
Honda is synonymous with practical and affordable and compact vehicles, with jazz that remain popular among wise buyers who want reliable and simple transport that slows down the short hop without breaking the bank.
While the None E: is mainly intended for the Japanese and Chinese market for the moment, we are expected to see what a more world version will look like at the IAA automotive fair in Munich later this year.
Honda is also on an EV thrust in general, with the recent launch of the Cuv E electric scooter: Battery Swap and the announcement of a full -size electric motorcycle to come soon.
The thread that seems to run through all products is Honda’s commitment to excellent engineering solutions and a competitive price. We could start to see models powered by battery which can compete on the price with their counterparts powered by gas.
