She described it as the “worst day of my life”.
“I never thought I could be attacked by a shark and I was near the shore and on a super crowded beach. Fortunately, I and my baby are fine,” she wrote, according to a translation. “I was rushed to the rescue and the surgery to repair my poor bruised leg has gone well. Now, I just have to recover from the great fear …”
She joked by saying that the shark would hear her lawyer and thanked her husband for her “courage” during the situation. She would have suffered an injury on her thigh.
The biologist of natural and environmental resources, Nilda Jiménez, told El Nuevo Dia that managers were investigating the type of shark that bit the Boi.

“Based on the photographs provided to us, we believe that the characteristics of the bite could comply with those of a shark,” Nilda told The Outlet, via E! News. “But to validate this, a series of analyzes would be necessary. To this end, the medical staff were invited to samples which, if available, would be analyzed quickly.”
Gallinari did not address the incident.
