John Krasinski announced the third episode A quiet place Hit the big screens next summer.
The 45 -year -old actor and director, who created and directed both the original 2018 and his 2020 suite, revealed the news on Instagram with a cryptic image that simply read “III” and “7.9.27”.
Paramount Pictures, the studio behind the franchise, also confirmed the version but kept other routes and casting of details under the Wraps.
The studio initially announced in 2022 that an episode would arrive in 2025. The project was faced with a delay while the accent went to recent prequel, A quiet place: the first dayWith Lupita Nyong’o and Joseph Quinn. Michael Sarnoski joined the franchise as a writer and director.
THE A quiet place Saga started with Krasinski with his wife in front of his wife, Emily Blunt, as an Abbott resilient parents trying to survive in a world invaded by extraterrestive sound predators.
Krasinski and Blunt – who got married in 2010 and share the Girls Violet and Hazel – admitted to a previous interview that they were initially “really nervous” about working together on the screen for the first time.
“The truth is that she is the greatest collaborator with whom I have ever worked,” Krasinski said Entertainment tonight 2021. “I was breathtaking and impressed,” he added.
