Mafia: The old country Will offer two performance modes on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and is officially pro-improvement.
Hangar 13 shared the details in a new message on social networks before release of the game alongside the PC specifications, which you can consult below, confirming that the PS5 and Xbox Series X will include a quality and performance mode at launch.
In performance mode, Mafia Will run “at an average of 60 frames per second”, but the hangar 13 did not say if the quality mode will be 30 IPS or 40FPS.
There is no mention of the Xbox series in the post, we can therefore assume that the game will work at a lower image frequency on this platform.
“Players who wish to prioritize higher resolution and visual loyalty should select the quality mode, while players who prefer to prioritize the frequencies must select the performance mode,” said the developer.
In addition, Hangar 13 revealed in a separate article that the game will be improved PS5-Pro when launching and will include several additional features, including supporting variable refresh rate, 120 Hz screens support and higher dynamic resolution in quality and performance mode.
Mafia: The old country Officially launches tomorrow, August 8.
