A temporary closure of airspace at Islamabad airport led to unexpected disturbances in the flight schedule on Friday, causing minor delays for passengers at Islamabad international airport.

According to the details provided by the spokesperson for the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the IFA immigration section managed to treat immigration of 2,847 passengers in three hours, thanks to rapid and effective measures.

The 14 counters in the IFIal immigration starting section remained entirely operational, and a total of 12 international flights left for various destinations during the same three -hour window on Friday.

The spokesperson also noted that the sudden postponement has led to an unusual number of passengers leaving simultaneously.
