In the midst of whirling rumors of his resignation – which he vehemently denied – the Minister of Defense, Khawaja Asif, met the president of the PML -N Nawaz Sharif on Friday at his residence.
No statement was published in the media concerning the content of their discussion. The Minister of Defense recently drew public attention after raising himself from bureaucracy, accusing him of creeping corruption.
