NFL’s retirement quarter, Tom Brady, returned to Foxborough, Massachusetts, the place where he spent two decades of his career on Friday.

Brady became the first player in the history of the franchise to be honored with a statue. The owner of the longtime team of the Patriots, Robert Kraft, commanded the sculpture.
“Tommy, you have not only engraved your name in the history of the NFL. You engraved it in all our hearts,” said Kraft during remarks during the ceremony. “And now, your resemblance will be held forever here at the Gillette Stadium, just like you – standing, standing, posed and focused on the laser. People can forget what is said tonight, but that this statue reminds us forever what Tom Brady did and how he did us all.”

The imposing statue depicts the pose of celebration of the brand of Brady with his raised fist. The installation is not supposed to be a wink at a specific moment in the 20 years of Brady with the team.

The facial design seemed to represent a well targeted brady, which is an expression he often had when he played in a NFL game.
During his speech, Brady took a moment to give credit to his teammates, some of whom were in the public for the special day of the old quarter.

“Listen, I know what this statue represents. This is not a single guy. It is never, it has never been,” said Brady. “And, in football, it will never be. This is a team and a commitment to be great together.”
Brady was also able to resist a blow to the New York jets, one of the longtime rivals of the AFC East des Patriots.
“In the end, this statue is not only for fans of Pats,” noted Brady. “It will also give all fans of the jets something to launch their beers while they leave the stadium each year, probably in the second quarter, perhaps the third.”
Brady is by far the most accomplished player to have worn a uniform of the patriots. He won six of his seven Super Bowl titles with the team.
Brady has spent the last three seasons in his career in the Buccaneers of Tampa Bay, winning one more championship with the team. He returned to New England in June 2024 for his enthronement ceremony at the Patriots’ fame.
