The pilot of the Nascar Xfinity series, Connor Zilisch, fell difficult on Saturday when he celebrated a victory at Watkins Glen International in New York – his sixth victory of the 2025 season.
Zilisch rose to the roof of his n ° 88 to celebrate the victory. He slipped after his left foot was caught in the window net on the driver’s side and climbed on the asphalt.

He wrote on social networks that he had undergone a broken collarbone.
“Thank you all for having contacted today,” said Zilisch on C. “I am outside the hospital and I am already improving. Recognizing for all doctors for your quick and grateful attention that it was not worse.”

On Sunday, Zilisch was to participate in the Nascar Cup Nascar series in Watkins Glen. Trackhouse Racing withdrew the No. 87 in which he was to compete. His next Xfinity Start series is scheduled for August 22 in Daytona International Speedway.
He missed a race earlier this season in Texas Motor Speedway after suffering a back injury during an accident in Talladega Superspeedway. He recorded the first consecutive first top-five and five victories since his return, and won four of the last five races.

He is currently seven points ahead of Justin Allgaier in the pilots. The 19-year-old has 12 first top-five and 14 TOP-10 in the first 10 this season.
