Rumble (Rum) goes on the plans to acquire the data from the North affiliated to the attachment (NB2)

If the agreement takes place, Rumble would give 2,319 actions newly published for each share of data from the North. Northern Data shareholders would hold about a third of the combined company.

Rumble would integrate operations from the Northern Data Center of Data Center Data Center and GPU-A-A-Service operations, adding more than 20,000 GPU NVIDIA H100 and 2,048 H200 to its cloud infrastructure. The five Northern Data detained data centers, with a potential dynamic capacity of around 850 MW, include a Georgia installation which should deliver 180 MW once finished.

TETHER, which holds around 54% of the participation of data from the North, agreed in principle to exchange its actions for rumble actions and to engage in the purchases of multi -year GPUs from Rumble. The Stablecoin transmitter also plans to modify its loan to North data to mitigate financial pressure after merger. The agreement would see Tether becoming the largest unique shareholder in class A class A shares after its investment of $ 775 million in the company in February.

The CEO of Rumble, Chris Pavlovski, who would retain control of the vote, said that the acquisition could position the company as a world leader in AI cloud computing while emphasizing the confidentiality and independence of infrastructure.

The announcement coincided with the increase in rumble income and a loss of $ 30.2 million, or 12 cents per share, in the second quarter.

Rumble’s stock jumped up to 20% pre-commercialization before restoring some of the gains during Monday session, exchanging 7% of Friday’s fence.

Northern data shares, negotiated on European scholarships, ended the day almost 20% lower.
