In a post in the Microsoft 365 roadmap announcing the news, the company says that cat notes will be all about “allowing real -time collaboration, a key information organization and rationalized communications”.
The tool will be available in group cats with 1: 1 conversations, with the possibility of adding additional members of the team if necessary.
The update message does not enter a lot of details on cat notes, but mentions some features, including the possibility of adding images, format text, sharing loop components and mentioning cat members when you need their attention.
Cat Notes is always listed as being developing for the moment, but at an expected exit date in September 2025, users should therefore not have too much time to wait to count their productivity tools.
At the output, Microsoft says that chat notes will be available for team users on Desktop to start, with users around the world capable of accessing them.
The launch will be the last in a series of recent versions aimed at making users of Microsoft teams more productive when using the service.
This includes adding the possibility for users to save messages in their conversations and cats, which means that users no longer have to train manually via long conversations to find the message they need.
The company also revealed that configurable keyboard shortcuts finally come soon in Microsoft teams, giving users quick and easy access to symbols, icons and others that they can use regularly daily, but sometimes are not at hand when entering a working environment.
