“Pak has signs of dropping Indian planes”

Lahore:

The Federal Minister of the Interior Mohin Naqvi reiterated that Pakistan had shot down six Indian fighter planes during the four -day conflict between the two nuclear armed neighbors in May this year and that the country had documentary evidence in the form of videos to support its claim.

“We killed six Indian planes, with available video evidence,” Naqvi said on a seminar in the provincial capital of Punjab on Sunday.

India launched a series of attacks inside Pakistan on May 7 in what it claimed was a response to the militant attack on tourists in the Held Cachemire Pahalgam region on April 22. Pakistan retaliated with attacks on May 10, which prompted a cease-fire announced by US President Donald Trump on the same day.

According to Naqvi, the war effort against Pakistan was not led by Prime Minister Modi but by Amit Shah and Ajit Doval, who are used as interior minister and national security advisor respectively in Modi’s office.

The Minister of the Interior said that the Indian Navy, the Army and the Air Force had no unified plan.

He said that Pakistan intelligence institutions had access to each movement in India. “If we are determined with strong faith, then the all-powerful help not only but also victory,” he said.

The minister also said Pakistan had received divine aid during the conflict.

“India pulled seven missiles at Nur Khan Airbase, but none caused damage – they landed outside the base or elsewhere. In retaliation, Pakistan has targeted 36 Indian positions.”

The Minister of the Interior added that during the war, the political parties of Pakistan were united, the president of the PPP, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, playing an important role in diplomacy.

He alleged that India openly sponsors terrorism in Balutchistan. Naqvi stressed that Pakistan will continue to continue the cause of cashmere until Kashmiris obtain their right to self -determination.

“The merit of Pakistan’s firm response goes to Marshal Syed Asim Munnir and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who suffered the pressure and gave India an appropriate response,” he added.

Last week, the Indian air manager, Marshal Amar, Preet Singh, said that the Indian Air Force (IAF) also killed five Pakistani fighter planes and a large plane during operation Sindoor in early May.

The Pakistani Minister of Defense, Khawaja Asif, had immediately rejected the claims of the chief of the IAF, calling them “as incredible as they are ill -informed”. In a press release published on the microblogging site “X”, AIF said that it was “ironic” that Indian military officers made up “to face” a monumental failure caused by the strategic myopia of Indian politicians “.

He said that for three months after the operation, no statement of this type was made, while Pakistan had immediately provided “detailed technical briefings” to international media.
