Wulf is another 10%

The AI Fluidstack cloud platform has exercised its option to develop at Terawulf (Wulf) Lake Mariner data center campus in the west of New York.

The expansion adds CB-5, a new specially designed data center building offering a critical computer charge of 160 MW, with operations that should start in the second half of 2026, according to a press release on Monday morning.

At the same time, Google (Goog) Add $ 1.4 billion to its safety net supporting the financing of the project debt. In return, Google receives mandates for 32.5 million Wulf shares. Google’s total safety net now totals $ 3.2 billion and its pro formal ownership increased to 14%.

“This expansion underlines the ladder and the unrivaled capacities of the Lake Mariner campus,” said Paul Prager, CEO of Terawulf. “By adding CB-5, we not only increase our contractual capacity with Fluidstack, but also deepen our strategic alignment with Google as an essential financial partner in the delivery of the next generation of AI infrastructure.”

Wulf is 10% pre-market higher and has now almost doubled the price since the announcement of the Fluidstack / Google News at the end of last week.
