Although AI has been shown to automate some of the least profitable jobs, making it difficult for recent graduates to find jobs, a new joint study from Cognizant and Pearson suggests that this may just be a temporary effect that could be about to change, with an overwhelming majority (94%) of HR leaders expecting AI to create entirely new entry-level jobs in the next five years.

But the definition of entry-level work is also changing, as 96% believe they will progress into supervisory and management roles.
