What’s on Taylor Swift’s website? Here’s everything you need to know about the ‘Toy Story’-style countdown

Taylor Swift’s official website briefly displayed a cryptic countdown, sending fans into a frenzy.

However, after about 10 minutes, the countdown disappeared.

The clock is expected to expire at 1:00 p.m. CT / 2:00 p.m. ET on May 2, with images of blue and white clouds.

This is a direct visual indication of Pixar’s Toy Story franchise. Even the backdrop looked like Andy’s iconic bedroom wallpaper.

It is not yet known whether the appearance of the meter is a coincidence or part of a promotional strategy since Swift’s management has not made any statement on the teaser. The images of the counter quickly went viral on the Internet.

The perfect timing gave rise to speculation. Toy Story 5 is scheduled for release on June 19, 2026, which happens to be exactly the 20th anniversary of the day Swift’s first song, “Tim McGraw,” was released on June 19, 2006.

In case the teaser is any indication of a potential soundtrack collaboration, this won’t be the first time Swift has delved into film music. Some examples of his collaborations include songs for Hannah Montana: The Movie, The Hunger Games (which earned him a Grammy for “Safe & Sound”), Fifty Shades Darker, Cats and Where the Crawdads Sing.

Some fans even linked the countdown to her wedding date. But the aesthetic of the clock looked more like Disney and Pixar than a personal ad.
