Princess Beatrice has been under a lot of stress lately, especially as there is an ongoing debate over the future of her royal accommodation.
The NAO audit report revealed that the rents for the house of grace and favor of Béatrice and her sister Eugénie were paid by the monarch. Following the audit, insiders have suggested an eviction notice could very well be on its way to the York sisters.
Meanwhile, Béatrice, mother of two little girls, is also having difficulties in her married life with her husband Edoardo, and her friend is worried.
According to the Daily Mail, Charlotte Griffiths revealed that Edoardo spent a lot of time abroad when he should have been with his wife and young children, especially since the Epstein debacle threw them into turmoil.
Sources cited in the report say Beatrice is known for “drowning her sorrows” in drinks with friends or in a pub. She “often breaks down in tears if she has had one too many.”
Additionally, Béatrice’s husband “behaves as if he were single” since he was seen partying in Saint-Tropez without his wife.
Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who runs a luxury real estate development company, struggles to find big clients because he knows their lifestyle requires a lot of funds. And with the removal of their royal perks, more are needed.
“Things have caught up with him and I think a lot of people are distancing themselves from him,” another source revealed.
“Besides, work isn’t going well, that’s probably why he goes abroad all the time. He’s looking for new clients. If this business goes bad, they might not have much money, especially if it gets cut off by the royal family. Their lifestyle is extremely expensive.”
