Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber paid $12 million for a condominium in New York’s West Village, according to real estate records confirmed by the The Wall Street Journal July 7, revelation.
The couple’s new Manhattan residence spans approximately 2,800 square feet and features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Hudson River, and a separate, enclosed chef’s kitchen.
Privacy appears to have been a priority when purchasing, the listing highlights an additional door and hallway separating the living space from the exterior hallway.
The master bedroom bathroom has a marble bathtub, heated floors and a toilet.
The building itself is well-equipped, with a private garage, resident manager, fitness room, 70-foot pool and Pilates studio, although Hailey recently said TIME that Pilates is “a bit done”, so this particular amenity risks being underutilized.
The kids’ clubhouse and catering kitchen with a lounge for private events might be more suited to their current stage of life, as the couple are parents to 22-month-old son Jack Blues.
The Biebers have been primarily based in Los Angeles throughout their six-year marriage, owning properties in Beverly Hills, La Quinta and Canada, although they previously held a temporary residence in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Their new address places them firmly among the West Village’s established celebrity residents, neighborhood neighbors including Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, Liv Tyler and Daniel Radcliffe.
Two Fanatics executives also live in their building.
New York has always carried a certain sentimental weight for the couple.
Hailey recalled the Tonight’s show in 2022, Justin helped furnish his first New York apartment in a typically impulsive act of generosity.
When he discovered during dinner that she had not yet bought a television, he diverted their return trip.
“He told me, ‘I can’t do this, we have to go to Best Buy,'” she said.
“So he took me to Best Buy on the way home and I was mortified because I was like, ‘You’re not about to buy me a TV,’ and he bought me a TV. He carried it upstairs himself. He unboxed it. He did the whole thing. It was really cute.”
Twelve million dollars later, they have a lot more to deliver.
