Frank Spiteri, head of asset management at Coinshares (CS), recently left the Crypto Investment Manager, according to two people knowing the issue.
His departure was not part of a broader slaughter of the company Saint Helier, in Jersey, which is currently recruiting for a certain number of positions, said one of the people who spoke under the cover of anonymity because the case is private.
Spiteri did not respond to a request for comments in publication times. Coinshares refused to comment.
Spiteri has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector and has worked for corners for over five years in London. Before Coinshares, he was employed as European distribution manager and capital markets at Etf Isuer Wisdomtree, according to his Linkedin profile.
In February, Coinshares, listed in Stockholm, reported one of his strongest quarters to date. Fourth quarter revenues reached 48.3 million pounds sterling against 31.6 million pounds sterling a year earlier.
