Visitors have once again refused access to Imran

Rawalpindi:

The founding focal person of Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf, Niazullah Niazi, said that Adiala prison administration had refused to allow visitors to meet Imran Khan on Thursday despite a court order.

Speaking of the media outside the Adiala prison, he said that the verdict of the High Court of Islamabad (IHC) was not implemented while the prison administration denied access to the PTI chief. He added that the kiosk in charge of Adiala prison had blocked Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, Ahmed Bhacher and Hamid Raza to reach the establishment.

Niazi also mentioned that anti-terrorism court (ATC) had ordered the prison administration to allow Imran Khan’s sisters to meet him, but the order was not followed.

One day earlier, the secretary of PTI Salman Akram Raja submitted two requisitions to the Superintendent of Adiala prison, asking meetings for family members and friends.
