89th Masters Tournament starts in Augusta
Former PGA Tour Golfer Jerry Pate, who finished the top 5 masters twice, joined `Fox & Friends First ” to discuss his predictions for the annual tournament while players should manage to Augusta, Georgia.
Jon Rahm was once Golfer No. 1 in the world, but after winning the Masters in 2023, he had trouble staying competitive in the majors who came afterwards.
Thursday, Rahm made some bad breaks and almost broke his club when he led a starting kick on the ninth hole to his right and in the woods. Rahm knew exactly what had happened and left the club with his hands while the ball was withdrawn.

He almost broke the club on his knee before thinking that he might need the club for the rest of his tour.
He finished the first round of the masters pulling 3 on the peer and was tied to the 63rd. He carded five Bogeys.
Datagolf.com has planned that 3-over could be the cup line to get in the last two days of the tournament, with a chance almost 30% that it increases to +4 and around 20% that it goes to +2.
Rahm has been one of the handles of the Golfers of the PGA Tour who have joined Liv Golf in recent years. He is third this season in the Golf Liv classification. He finished on an equal place in Riyadh and had not abandoned the top 10 all season.

Rahm finished equally in the 45th row of the masters of last year. He spoke earlier in the pressure week he felt in the middle of the tug between the PGA Tour and the Liv golf.
“There were several times when there were a lot of questions I didn’t really have an answer, and I tried, and I didn’t really do it,” he said, via athletics. “A bit like … the state of the game and what is happening. We don’t know. No one knows. We all want a solution, and it’s hard to give one.”
