- Visual Suite 2.0 brings a lot of new AI features in Canva
- Caneva’s leaves are somewhere between a spreadsheet application and a project manager
- You can create your own interactive and interactive mini-application with canva and anthropic code
Canva announced a series of upgrades as it seems to challenge Adobe, which has done great on artificial intelligence.
The new Canva AI assistant allows users to generate images, copy and design ideas to trigger them in the right direction, with a creation of documents and models managed by the assistant.
The AI utility deepens with the launch of Canva Code, via a partnership with Claude-Maker Anthropic, because users can also create their own min applications such as maps and calculators without in-depth or developing knowledge.
Canva’s co-founder and CEO, Melanie Perkins, shared an overview of all the new features of a blog article, noting the company’s objective to make the design “simple, joyful, collaborative and really accessible”.
The “largest product launch to date self -proclaimed is in the form of a Visual Suite 2.0, which promises to bring together all use cases such as presentations, videos, white tables and websites in a new format.
Among the key launches are Canva sheets, a new model of spreadsheet which is somewhere between being a conventional calculation sheet for quantitative data and a project management application.
Magic information and magic formulas use AI to “do the bulk of work for you”, and integration with the rest of the Visual Suite 2.0 facilitates the link to other content.
Benefiting from the more than 16 billion times that users have access to Canva Magic Studio, Perkins shared other improvements in Practical AI, such as a magic writing tool for the filling of text and magic resizing to create images in different aspect ratios for social media campaigns.
Adding even more features in the creative suite, the CANVA code allows users to use invites in natural language to describe ideas of interactive elements, which are then automatically built without the need for hardcore programming.
Visual Suite 2.0 is now available to try from the Canva home page.
