Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has stripped all his royal titles and privileges, he is not willing to give up easily as he embarks on a new plan to fight the royal family.
To the king’s great dismay, he does not seem to find a way to erase from his reign all traces of his brother’s disgrace. He ousted him from the royal fold and made a firm decision not to speak to him, directly or indirectly.
He is also forced to file a complaint against his nieces, Béatrice and Eugénie, even if he holds a small corner for them. But Andrew now turns his antics into a nasty battle that seems to have good results for both parties.
A well-placed source said Daily Mail that Andrew is “increasingly furious” with the way his brother has treated him so far.
Andrew sees Charles for his “heaviness” and he “girds his loins for a fair battle royale, which is now likely to get very ugly indeed.”
This poses a real headache for the cancer-stricken king and the company, especially since there are other important matters that require his attention.
“Andrew has hardened considerably lately and believes he has been used as a scapegoat,” the source said. “He believes that the king has exceeded his authority and acted beyond his powers. He is starting to retaliate.”
In fact, it was the ex-prince who convinced his daughters to attend Peter Phillips’ wedding when they were doubtful about showing up.
Sources say Andrew’s delusions haven’t left him as he gave a rousing speech to his household staff calling her by her ‘proper titles’. He claimed that he would use these titles until they “put an end to a vampire to suck every drop of royal blood in my veins”.
He is believed to be using his daughters to find his way back into the fold, but Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie’s “hopes to put pressure on the king have been dashed”.
