A North Carolina judge reportedly issued an order Monday for the arrest of Bill Belichick’s daughter-in-law after she allegedly failed to appear in court for speeding.
Jen Belichick, the wife of North Carolina Tar Heels football defensive coordinator Steve Belichick, was arrested by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol on May 21 for allegedly driving 88 mph in a 70 mph speed limit in Brunswick County, the California Post reported, citing court records.

She was cited for speeding and was scheduled to appear in court Friday.
Belichick failed to appear in court, leading to the order for her arrest. A court official told the California Post she now has three options. She could file a motion to vacate the order, hire a lawyer to defend her in the case, or turn herself in to authorities.

She did not comment on the order. PK Press Club Digital has reached out to a Brunswick County clerk for comment.
She has been married to Steve Belichick for around 10 years and the two have several children together. For over a year, she appears to be in a feud with Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson.

Jen Belichick criticized Hudson for her decision to cut an interview question when Bill Belichick spoke with CBS News in May 2025. She reportedly had a confrontation with Hudson in the Tar Heels head coach’s office over a number of issues.
