IGN noticed that the official accessory of the Nintendo Switch 2 camera and the Camera of the Hori Piranha Tierce factory have confirmed their resolutions published on the My Nintendo UK store.

I can see why people are more interesting in the camera officially under license. The design of the Piranha factory is catchy, and it can be well perched on your Switch 2. system. It is also much cheaper, with a price in the United Kingdom of £ 33.99.
The main drawback here is that the Hori model will be released to a derisory 480p, which will make a much more grainy image compared to the official camera. This is even more a problem given that – at least from what we have seen so far – the outlet of the camera is quite small on the TV screen. I love the look of the Hori camera, especially when he was standing next to the rather boring design that Nintendo opted. So, for children and the family, the Piranha vegetable camera can always be a decent and affordable choice. But for more complete multiplayer sessions with friends, it is difficult to challenge the official camera being the path to follow.
