Action-adventure game Resonance: a legacy of Plague Tale is the next game of the brilliant Plague Tale series, and we have one of the tracks from its soundtrack to be revealed exclusively here.
This is the piece that composer Olivier Derivière describes as “the most contrasting score of [the] A tale of plague series”. The fight for the brave is an intense and thrilling song that highlights percussion, crescendos and haunting choral vocals. It’s not a happy melody.
Derivière says: “The fight of the brave iThis is one of the most epic tracks in the OST. We needed something truly glorious to capture the spirit of the ancient Minoan warriors. Rather than relying on a full orchestra, the driving energy of the magnificent Amalgamation Choir, combined with thunderous percussion, perfectly conveys the relentless challenge that lies ahead.

The soundtracks of the first two Plague Tale the games are some of my absolute favorites from recent years and fit perfectly with the games’ dark and gloomy stories. From what the composer says about the broader soundtrack, it seems like we’re heading into something special.
