Islamabad:
On Friday, Pakistan expressed deep sorrow on the devastating earthquake that struck Myanmar, Thailand and neighboring countries.
“Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy, and we pray for all those affected as well as for the rapid recovery of the injured,” the spokesman for the Foreign Affairs Bureau in a press release said.
Pakistan has also applauded the courageous individuals and emergency speakers.
“We express our solidarity with governments and communities affected during this difficult period. Force and resilience can lead those affected on healing and recovery,” added the press release.
