Katie Price has shared new insights into her relationship with ex Gareth Gates, claiming he ghosted her.
Gareth previously denied their relationship and later accused Katie of selling the story to the press.
However, in an explosive new trailer for Katie’s upcoming film Sky Documentary Katie Price: Nothing to HideGareth appears (among other exes) to speak about their adventure.
Speaking at the official launch of the three-part series, Katie revealed she was shocked to learn Gareth was finally going to speak out after claiming he had “ghosted” her.
She told the crowd: “Imagine meeting someone 25 years ago and then they kind of ghost you. You don’t know why, then you fast forward 25 years and you get the answers.
” Explaining that he thought it was Katie who sold their story to the press, she continued: “Because he thought I did something I didn’t do and now he finds out it really wasn’t me.
“The shock on his face and the shock on mine – everyone was like, ‘You and Gareth are the ones who got away! “.
For the uninitiated, Katie was in a relationship with him when he rose to fame on Pop Idol at just 17 years old.
The mother-of-five later said she regretted getting close to him when he was so young.
She is currently married to Dubai businessman and self-made millionaire Lee Andrews. However, this marriage also seems to be facing difficulties due to his grand claims regarding his wealth and life.
In the meantime, Sky documentaries Katie Price: Nothing to hidewhich is scheduled to air on July 8.
