The battle between the Trump administration and the state of Maine is approaching two months in the middle of the state of Pine Tree continues to allow transgender athletes to compete with biological women.
Maine officials filed a complaint against the American Department of Agriculture (USDA) in response to the Agency’s decision to freeze the state funding for its refusal to overthrow its transgender athletes in schools on Monday.
The state has undergone federal pressures in recent months to protect female athletes against trans inclusion after several controversial incidents involving trans athletes and a quarrel in progress between President Donald Trump and the Governor of Maine Janet Mills.

Senator Susan Collins, R-Maine, however, understands the two sides of the medal and wants everything to end.
“The conflict between the way in which the state of Maine and the administration interpret title IX must be resolved”, Collins started in a post X Friday. “I agree with the position of the federal government that biological men should not compete in the athletics of girls and women. The opposite policies violate the original intention behind title IX.
“Transgender people deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. But that does not change the fact that title IX has forced equal access to sports resources and installations on the basis of gender – and not on the basis of gender identity. Although I continue to defend the title of federal financing, I am not supporting the title of the original position.
The Ministry of Education also launched a state investigation due to the issue.

Libby put a legal action last month, which seeks to restore its voting and speech rights. She was told that she would have her restored rights if she apologized for the post. Libby said she wouldn’t apologize, but said she was ready to drop the costume if her censorship was abandoned.
