- Margo has money problems has been confirmed for season 2
- The news was announced ahead of the show’s finale, which airs next week.
- A release date or plot has not yet been confirmed
News that Margo has money problems was renewed for season 2 made my week. In my review, I described it as “addicting and surprisingly heartfelt”, and I can’t wait for more episodes to come.
Apple TV confirmed the renewal via social media, where they wrote: “Thanks for being a fan. Margo has money problems was renewed for season 2″ alongside an excerpt from the show where Margo receives her first OnlyFans follower.
Throughout Season 1, we followed Margo as a single mother, turning to OnlyFans to support herself and her son as she struggled to make ends meet. Season 2 will expand on this catalyst, but we don’t have a release date or confirmed plot yet.
Still, Margo fans everywhere can breathe a sigh of relief knowing she’ll be back for more, especially since it’s the season 1 finale next week. How time flies. I’m not ready to say goodbye to this series and I recommend it to everyone I know.
Why you should watch Margo’s Got Money Troubles
If you haven’t seen the series yet, the news that it received enough support for season 2 might just convince you. However, if that doesn’t work, I’m here to tell you why I think you should try.
Apple TV shows have been exceptionally good lately. We had people like Breakup, Pluribus, And Widows Bay they all make headlines for very good reasons, and Margo has money problems just followed in their footsteps. The quality of the show is excellent, from the casting to the set design to the lovable characters we watch every week.
Not only are they adorable, but they also have deep flaws. What is billed as a comedy certainly has some dark moments, with the two moods perfectly balanced throughout the series. Margo’s decision to keep her baby after an affair with her teacher is an emotional decision, and we support her despite the many obstacles she faces. This is one of Elle Fanning’s best performances to date.
Margo’s parents, Shyanne and Jinx, played brilliantly by Michelle Pfeiffer and Nick Offerman, make for a perfect supporting cast. Shyanne had Margo when she was young and is worried about her daughter’s future, and Jinx is back in her life after being an absent father for many years. This complex family dynamic is at the heart of the series and keeps things interesting, as they clash and often disagree.
This series had me hooked from the first episode, and I really think it deserves all the praise it has received. I can’t wait any more.
