Meghan Markle sparked a reaction after Prince Harry’s wife, revealed that she was facing medical complications related to her pregnancy in the first episode of her new Podcast Confessions of a founding woman.
In the episode, Markle welcomed the founder of the Whitney Wolfe Herd Herd meeting application and said: “We both had very similar experiences – although we did not know at the time – with postpartum, and we both had preeclampsia. Preclampsia postpartum.”
Archie and Lilibet Dotting Mother continued: “It is so rare and frightening.”
According to AFPPostpartum preeclampsia is a rare condition that occurs when the mother has high blood pressure and excess protein in the urine shortly after childbirth, according to the Mayo clinic.
“You always try to juggle all these things, and the world does not know what is going on quietly,” said Markle.
“And in peace, you always try to introduce yourself, mainly for your children, yes, but these things are huge medical fears.”
Reacting to that, the expert Royal Angela Levin tweeted: “Meghan said that she had a postpartum preeclampsia, a state of serious childbirth, but as usual said when no hospital would send no one at home quickly after birth.”
