The answers to today’s Strands, game #805, are…
- DASHBOARD
- TRACKS
- PIN
- BALLS
- LIVING ROOM
- ARCADE
- SPANGRAM: BOWLINGALLE
- My rating: Easy
- My rating: Perfect
I marked my 88th Spangram First today, although BOWLINGALLEY wasn’t exactly hard to spot – they might as well have put some flashing neon bulbs around it.
To say I found this research easier than a game of Ten Pin Bowling would be an understatement. As much as I love playing this game – I even love the shoes – I’m incredibly bad at it and in the unlikely event that I get a strike, I’ll follow it up with science-defying 1s and 2s.
By then I was familiar with all the many aspects and attractions of a BOWLINGALLEY, although I spent the most time on the last word, ARCADE.
Answers from yesterday’s NYT Strands (Saturday May 16, match #804)
- MOUSSE
- CROISSANT
- FLASH
- MACARON
- MERINGUE
- SPANGRAM: FRENCH BAKERY
