Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made a risky decision, sparking anger, ahead of their announced new tour of Australia.
For those unfamiliar, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently accepted an invitation sent by Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), to visit Jordan.
During their two-day humanitarian visit to the war-affected country in February, Harry and Meghan traveled to Amman to undertake a series of engagements highlighting the meaningful work being done for affected communities.
From visiting a refugee camp to attending the WHO roundtable, the Sussexes made their tour a royal one, several experts said.
Among them was also Sky News Australia journalist Louise Roberts, who sharply criticized Harry and Meghan for using their royal connections for their own good.
She gave the royal family a solution that could be detrimental to the Sussexes.
The TV personality said: “Increasingly the only solution seems to be that Meghan and Harry can be stripped of their titles so that no one can mistake them for members of the royal family.”
It comes amid buzz created once again by Harry and Meghan with the confirmation of their upcoming tour of Australia.
The couple “will travel to Australia in mid-April to participate in a number of private, business and philanthropic engagements,” their spokesperson explained.
However, details related to the visit will be disclosed in due course.
