Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are secretly taking steps to repair their relationship, it seems, as the couple was seen in Athens, Greece.
A friend of the couple, Greek art curator Aliki Lampropoulos, shared a photo with Bea and Edo on his social media page, suggesting the pair were on vacation.
King Charles’ niece and her husband are facing scrutiny over their marriage as their friends have expressed concerns about them. Rumors of martial tension were further fueled by Edo’s unusually skipping his sixth wedding anniversary tribute.
While speculation is rife, the couple appeared all smiles and in good spirits in the recently released photo. Although Aliki’s photo is recent, it is unclear when the photo was taken.
The photo also featured an orange heart and a bee sticker, likely a reference to Beatrice’s nickname pronounced “bee.”
Beatrice and Edo have not been seen together on public outings recently. The last time they were seen was with friends and when Princess Eugenie announced her third pregnancy.
Fans noticed she looked distressed amid her parents Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson’s scandals, while Eugenie looked as comfortable as ever.
A report says Edo’s absence from the wedding tribute could indicate “another nail in their marital coffin”, but the outing might suggest otherwise.
