Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) on Sunday announced that its customers may face degradation of internet service in the evening of May 11-18.
In an article on X, the company said maintenance activity was planned on one of its submarine cables to repair an outage by the International Cable Consortium. “Due to this maintenance, which will begin from tomorrow (Monday) and which may last seven days, customers may have to face disruptions to their Internet service,” it says.
Last month, PTCL said a maintenance activity was planned on one of its submarine cables to repair a consortium outage.
