Rawalpindi: The security forces have shot two terrorists, including a “high -value target” during an intelligence -based operation (IBO) in the Tirmergara region in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa DIR district, the media wing said on Friday.
Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the IBO had been led to the indicated presence of khawarij (Terrorists).

The Armed Forces media wing said Hafezullah was involved in many terrorist activities against the security forces as well as innocent civilians.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute to the security forces for their successful operation in the lower DIR, resulting in the elimination of terrorists.
In a statement, the Prime Minister reiterated the government’s determination to thwart the harmful conceptions of the enemies of humanity. He said that the fight against terrorism would continue until the country’s threat.
