The viral World Cup fan, known as Freddy, traveled all over the United States to experience the full American experience while immersing himself in his die-hard soccer fandom.
On Sunday, he received different treatment.

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) invited Freddy to their Slammiversary pay-per-view event in Boston at the Agganis Arena. Freddy said the TNA event would be the appetizer to his participation in Germany’s knockout match against Paraguay.
“The next two days in Boston are going to be super exciting. Not only are we going to the Germany match on the 29th, but we’re also going to a wrestling show tomorrow,” he wrote on
TNA responded, “We are excited to welcome you to Agganis Arena tomorrow as we celebrate 24 years of TNA at #TNASlammiversary!”
Matt Hardy, who will team with Jeff Hardy in a four-way match for the TNA World Tag Team Championship, also responded to Freddy.

Freddy’s journey across the United States was one of the World Cup figures that took over the tournament off the field. The internet fell in love with his exploits and his seemingly good-natured attitude landed him some incredible experiences.
He was also invited to the White House, Ambassador Nick Adams, special presidential envoy for America, tourism, exceptionalism and values in the Trump administration, confirmed to PK Press Club Digital earlier this month.
