Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet finally discover their royal roots, but a reunion with their royal cousins seems unlikely.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are reportedly bringing their little ones to the UK in mid-July. If that happens, the meeting with King Charles will surely be on the agenda.
But royal fans are excited to witness the long-awaited reunion between the Sussex children and Wales.
However, royal expert Amanda Matta said Page six“there is no indication” the royal cousins met.
She explained: “Even if relations are gradually improving, the Welsh House probably already has a busy schedule for the summer, and any reunion involving the cousins would require tons of planning and goodwill from all parties involved.”
Additionally, Amanda claimed the “biggest obstacle” would be the family breakdown between William and Harry and their wives.
She added: “I think, basically, you have two brothers here who weren’t speaking to each other. That’s the key relationship that really needs to be resolved before anything else can happen.”
