Buckingham Palace is reportedly bracing for a crucial meeting since it was revealed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could arrive with their two children next month.
Although the King and Sussex’s office declined to comment on the matter, the monarch’s office has released an update regarding a special day, which honors a key member of the royal family.
The Duke and Duchess of Gloucestor remain staunch supporters of the monarchy and the King, especially as he undergoes treatment for cancer.
The palace honored the Duchess as she celebrated her milestone birthday surrounded by her loved ones.
“Happy 80th birthday to the Duchess of Gloucester! “” reads the statement. “Thank you for all your good wishes on Her Royal Highness’s special day.”
He adds: “The Duchess is photographed alongside the Duke of Gloucester in the gardens of Buckingham Palace, by Chris Jackson.”
The first took place in the Yellow Drawing Room at Buckingham Palace. She is dressed in white, complemented by an emerald and pearl necklace and pearl earrings.
In the next, the Danish-born royal wears a pale green two-piece suit with a flattering peplum and belt on the jacket. This is the same place where she poses with her husband Prince Richard, a photo shared on royal social networks.
The Duchess is a patron of more than 60 charities and has continued to represent the royal family on numerous occasions.
